and a beautiful family too! Such a gorgeous night for their session. The rain had cleared and the sun was shining. We met at my favorite local orchard -another amazing location for outdoor portraits. Too many good ones to narrow it down -here are a lot from our session!

I was so thrilled when Frederick’s Child asked to use one of my photos for the cover of their magazine! I photographed these sweet little guys last Fall at a local apple orchard. So as I was taking this beautiful girl’s photos I was racking my brain -who does she look like? And then I realized she looks so much like Ione Skye from the movie “Say Anything” Am I wrong here? That was such a great movie. If you haven’t seen it (talking to Kayla’s friends here) I highly recommend renting it -and get “16 Candles” and “The Breakfast Club” too while you’re at it
